Section 1
Event Ticket Refund Policy
We understand that plans change. Tickets may be cancelled for a full refund upon request, provided the request is received more than 7 days before the event.
No refunds are available within 7 days of the event, as final attendee numbers and associated event costs are confirmed with venues and suppliers during this period.
Where you can no longer attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another person at no additional cost. Please notify us of the attendee change before the event so that our guest list can be updated.
If an event is cancelled by the organiser, ticket holders will receive a full refund of the ticket price.
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Any non-refundable payment processing or transaction fees may be excluded from the refunded amount where applicable.
Section 2
Online Event Refund Policy
We understand that plans change. Tickets to online events may be cancelled for a full refund upon request, provided the request is received before the event begins.
Once an online event has commenced, tickets are non-refundable, including where a ticket holder is unable to attend or does not join the event.
Where a recording or other post-event materials are included with the ticket, access to those materials will still be provided to registered attendees who are unable to attend live.
If an online event is cancelled by the organiser, ticket holders will receive a full refund of the ticket price.
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Any non-refundable payment processing or transaction fees may be excluded from the refunded amount where applicable.
Section 3
Membership Cancellation & Refund Policy
Membership fees are non-refundable, including where a member chooses to cancel their membership part-way through a billing period.
Annual memberships may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the member’s current paid membership period. Members will continue to have full access to their membership benefits until that date, and no further membership fees will be charged.
Cancellation does not entitle a member to a full or partial refund for any unused portion of their current membership period.
Unless cancelled before the next renewal date, memberships will automatically renew for the next annual membership period and the relevant membership fee will be charged.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
